The Designers:

This year, we are very excited to announce that we have teamed up with the Jim Pattison’s Children’s Hospital Foundation to help create this year’s lights. Our season’s lighting designer, Katie Blackburn-Dust, has collaborated with children from the foundation and has taught them basic light theory to help her create this year’s light shows! Katie is an emerging theatre artist based on Treaty 6 territory in Saskatoon. She’s thrilled to have the chance to work with some amazing and creative kids this season on A Winter’s Tale!
The first light show in our series is titled “Snowball Fights and Christmas Crackers on Christmas Morning.”
Stay tuned for a special description of this light show from Katie soon!
