Our Mandate

Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan Festival Inc, (SOTS) is a live outdoor theatre festival located on
the banks of the South Saskatchewan River that since 1985 has produced plays by William
Shakespeare or works that are inspired by the canon of his plays. 

Our Purpose

We engage our community through professional and innovative productions that draw inspiration and energy from Shakespeare’s works and their legacy.
