Aaron is a Sautleaux two-spirit artist who hails from the Cote First Nations of Treaty 4, he first got involved with theatre in 2007 with Saskatchewan Native Theatre Company’s (now known as Gordon Tootoosis Nikaniwin Theatre or GTNT), Circle of Voices (COV) Program, and in 2008 joined their Red Spirit Program, in 2012 he made the switch from acting into stage management and has never looked back on that decision. Credits as a stage manager include; Titus A. Puppet Revenge (Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan), In Care (GTNT), Alice in Wonderland (Sum Theatre), Mekiwin: The Gift (GTNT), The Hours That Remain (Gwaandak Theatre), Pied Piper (SumTheatre), Nicimos (GTNT), The House You Build (GTNT), Cree’s in the Caribbean (GTNT), The (Post) Mistress (GTNT) and Two Indians (GTNT), Shakespeare’s Will (Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan). Aaron wishes to continue working hard to be a role model for aboriginal youth wishing to get involved in the performing arts.
